MEET SOME OF THE SUPPORT STAFF
Libby
Tier Three Escalation An ace in customer service, Libby is the third and highest level in the department. She is always able to provide swift and courteous resolution to any issues brought forth from customers. 
Autumn
Marketing Analyst Numbers are her name, spotting trends is her game. Autumn has a knack for analyzing information. She prepares reports and makes recommendations for our operations staff based on her findings of sales and demographic data. 
Josie Superstar aka JoPo
Security This lady is not just a pretty face. JoPo takes her job very seriously and keeps our facilities safe for all who work here, and our visitors. She lightens it up on occasion, when she doubles as the facilities main tour guide. 
Olive
Office Assistant Keeping company papers safe is Olive's main concern. All old documents are inspected by her and then hand shredded. She then runs them through the cross cut shredder for good measure. |
Gibbs
Quality Assurance The quality of all Paplin and CPG products is Gibbs' area of expertise. He makes certain that all of our product offerings are of the highest quality and are packaged and shipped in accordance to what the customer ordered. 
Apollo
In-House Counsel Navigating the legal aspects of a business can be complicated. Apollo is a skilled attorney who makes sure Paplin and CPG are operating well within the bounds of all aspects of the law. This "Legal Eagle" is always reading up on new laws and keeps everyone up-to-date on legislation that impacts the company. 
Hunter
In House Model This good looking young man is one of our main glitter testers. He enjoys them all, but his favorite is Cloud Buster Clear. He has been known to say "The camera simply loves me when I am wearing glitter!". What can you say... he is right. 
George
Events & Party Planner The very nature of being a glitter company shouts for parties, and lots of them! George is a busy boy arranging glitter events & the occasional office party. He is known for the endless food bars where bacon is featured. |

Senior Buyer With a keen eye for the arts and crafts industry, Garrus determines our portfolio of products offered. He is always on the lookout for the next big line of items to add to products offered by Paplin and CPG. 
Jaxon
Morale Officer Jax is very aware of the importance of attitude and positivity on the job. A happy workforce is a productive workforce! With smiles, wags and squeaky ice cream cones, production moves along nicely. He knows the importance of fast flow service and keeps everyone rolling along. 
Mickey
Assistant Office Manager Our newest staff member is coming along nicely. The office is a crazy place and this guy jumped in with four feet. When he isn't handling phones he is busy keeping everyone on task and customers happy. 
Zoey
Warehouse Logistics Support Moving 100+ orders out the warehouse doors each day take a lot of planning. Zoey is on the ball looking ahead at what parts of production need to step it up and which ones are flying along. |

MUA Our professional makeup artist is hard at work Monday through Friday. She can take one look at you, and know exactly which glitter will give you that BabyDoll Beat Face look! |

Compliance Officer Maintaining the proper regulations and standards of our practices is assigned to this hedgehog, Turbo. After everything is within acceptable standards, you can find Turbo playing around in the Lion's Breath! But worry not, he makes sure its compliant with all regulations before it gets shipped! |

Social Media This little girl was born to tell everyone all "about it"! With a party girl personality, she wants to be in the middle of it all as long as it is the latest and greatest. |
Bill demonstrates our oldest piece of equipment. We still use it to cut specialized paper for custom cards we make in the CPG paper studio.

Emmy participates in community outreach programs on a regular basis. Her latest program was doing Super Hero Day at the library with kids.
Bill and Emmy have fun with community outreach with the local library at The Kinetic Carnivale (a steampunk inspired event). The arts and crafts table was a bit hit with the young ones.

Our retail store was famous for doing Mad Hatters Tea Parties for 25 years. We decided our last one would be our biggest one. Over 200 employees, family and friends all joined us for a wonderful day over at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. It is still talked about to this day!
A trip down memory lane with our retail store outlet- The Goods' Stamp Shoppe. It was an eclectic mash of rubber stamps, specialty paper, art supplies, incredible toys, art gallery and undeniably, a whole lot of fun!
